RE Landscape Buffer EasementsMike:
I made some notes on these. Our objective is to identify the landscape
maintenance areas for the DCC&R’s and the amendment to our contract or
license agreement forthcoming from the City’s attorney.
We need to include R.O.W. along Burnet Street (another legal
description/exhibit?)
The City does not want to call it an easement.
If anyone else has a comment, please do so. We are out of time to get
the DCC&R’s wrapped up and filed.
Thanks,

Attached are the two landscape buffer easements.
Will have the four lot descriptions in the morning. Had a couple of
corrections to that one.
