Lonnie,
Based on our conversation I had the engineer check the quantities of
3" conduit. He has added 679 feet.
Please advise if you still see a discrepancy. As discussed, this is a
unit price contract. If the actual field quantities are different from
the bid quantities, we will pay the contract unit price for the amount
actually installed (more or less).

Attached is the updated estimate. The 3” PVC quantity for ONCOR
changed from 1531 LF to 2210 LF (difference of 679 LF).
