Oncor Easement - Transformer @ West Side of Diner LotGentlemen: I missed this transformer when I platted all the commercial lots. It will also have Verizon in it to serve the entry feature. The Verizon pullbox is now just south of the transformer. Verizon also has a pedestal just east of the entry feature. In my opinion, we could call this easement for Oncor and let Verizon use it. If you want both utilities on it, just tell me and I will ask our attorney to complete the draft. I’m in a hurry to get this to your attorney since the City currently owns the property and title will probably go to the Diner in mid to late November. Thanks, Gregory K.
