Gary,
The Savanah Hollies were only supposed to be along W Main Street and
the portions of Travis and Houston adjacent to the retail component.
Cedar elms are supposed to be in the tree wells and shumard oaks are
supposed to be in the landscape islands. Savanah Hollies could be used
in the tree wells only if they were too close to the island with a
shumard oak.
Did this change at the DRC?

Attached are the preliminary landscape plans we discussed at DRC last
week. The plan is that these sheets will be added into the Pavilion
project, and that this landscape will be installed at that time.
It appears that they are including landscaping in areas adjacent to the
private development portion of this project. Those areas may be best
left until such time as they develop. Please review and let me know
what comments you may have so these plans can be finalized by the
designer.
