RE Emailing Change Order 1 main street coppellltdHi Lonnie:
In researching this request with Oncor, they do not agree with this change
order.
Oncor provided specifications in June which are still applicable to the job.
They were furnished to Housley to prepare the bid, so I do not understand
how we would be looking at a change order?
I'm normally glad to help out, but I don't understand this.
Please advise.
