The one near the local diner site needs to clear the waterline
easement. I think they might be close together.

We really need the center of the two 5x5 easements on the
pavilion lot. I don't think we have those two easements in our cad
file.
The third transformer is the one on the potential Diner site,
where no easement exists yet. Our plans have a coordinate at this
location already, so we should be ok on this one.
