Three transformer padsHi Lonnie: Hope all is well. We will be the contracting party for the park job. The agreement with Oncor and payment will go out today. The surveyor was provided the first attachment, he will stake the four corners of the three easement areas and stake the pad elevations shortly. The second attachment shows the orientation of the transformers on the pads, which is critical for us since these lots are so small and improvements are planned nearby. If there is any reason the orientation is a problem, we need to address it now as we have restaurants preparing site plans on both lots presently. Please prepare an agreement for us at your earliest convenience. The entity is: Main Street Coppell, Ltd. 4956 N. O’Connor Road Irving, Texas 75062 Thanks, Gregory K. Yancey Provident Company, Inc. Place a stake at each corner of the 15 x 15 pad and set a grade stake with the elevation shown. Make sure it is 6-8 inches above the existing grade. If something looks funny, call me.
