These appear to be the same poles and luminaires as provided for the
bridge lights, as such the city takes no exception to their use in the
parking lot.
As long as the concrete mix design is the same as used on the previous
114 light pole foundations, we take no exception to its continued use
either.

Please see the attached lighting (part 1) & concrete foundation
submittal (part 2), also be advised that the light poles & heads have
long lead times. Any help in expediting the review process for approval
will be appreciated.
We cannot release until we have a received a stamped copy of approval.
