Marty,
I walked the project with Casey Bambico (Superscapes) at 11:00 today.
We were unable to run through the irrigation system due to the lack of
power, it does no good to check irrigation manually. Most irrigation
problems are issues with wiring, valves & solenoids. I cannot accept
the irrigation until we can run through it with the controller. As far
as the landscaping, it looks pretty good for July. It looks like some
of the red oaks are in trouble, I talked to Casey about watering as well
as the potential for bores. At this point I have no problem issuing a
Substantial Completion for the landscape & irrigation, but by no means
should it be considered accepted.

I was of the understanding that we were going to be able to do a
substantial completion walk thru today on the irrigation and landscaping
along with the other items on this project. I am now told to contact you
directly to set this up. I will be leaving JRJ at the end fo this week
and wanted to see if you could walk this project before I leave. Can you
please check your schedule and let me know if this is possible.
