Attached is the corrected sidewalk layout indicating the City’s
required 5’ sidewalk on Travis and Houston. The walk location remains
unchanged but the width was previously labeled as 4’.
When you get ready to set up the walk, let’s get with Rick O’Dell.
Since the transformer installation is imminent, their exact location
shouldn’t conflict with this but if a problem arises we can address it.
Oncor should orient the transformer opening away from the home so their
clearances work. If they bring up the orientation of our primary and
secondary conduits again, please let me know.
Andy – Land Patterns may get this cad file from Mike Glenn if needed.
