Mike Land asked me to send you an email concerning our power
needs in our Old Town area.
The city is waiting on the installation of 114 street lights
throughout the Old Town area. City Council approved the agreement with
Oncor for their installation on June 12, 2012.
The city is also waiting on the installation of transformers and
wire to provide electric service to 710 Main Street and 768 W. Main
Street. The conduit and pull boxes were installed by our civil
contractor. Load sheets were submitted to Karen Eastman on June 27,
2012 for this work. These services will power irrigation, tree well
receptacles, and parking lot lights that were built with our project.
I have been in contact with Rick fielding concerning this
project.
