Is there service to cottages 5 & 6? Do we need to sleeve before the
alley is poured?

Can the conduit be run further east? S3-S5 will likely require moisture
conditioning which is typically 5’ outside the foundation area. I can’t
tell from the plan if we will be alright.
If the developer ends up with the irrigation service to the east side
of Burnet, do you want the power run along the alley in the Cottage 10
lot to the r.o.w area?
