The cardboard and miscellaneous debris is from a contractor working for
Oncor. I don’t know how they intend to recycle it. I could give you
their contact information if you have a suggestion for them.

Do you know how the cardboard will be recycled that has been left on
the Main Street from the lamp install?
On another note, I talked with Jen about volunteers doing a clean up
and we agreed that it would not be wise to put volunteers on that type
