Oncor is ready to install the three phase loop for the park services.
Oncor requires a 15x15 easement adjacent to the joint trench for each
three phase transformer pad.
Could you please ask our surveyor to locate the property corners for
both restaurant pads F1 & F2 and locate/stake the two transformers for
the restaurants but 15x15.
I’m glad to meet him out there.
Keith:
- Will you accept instrument easements for this?
- Any idea how we can spot the joint trench to install the
handhole at the SW corner of Houston & East Main? Do you want it in the
sidewalk or adjacent parking island?

The cost to provide service to all 3 locations will be approximately
$60,000.
Customer will be responsible for providing and Installing all civil
work which will include 3 Transformer pads and 1 Additional 4’ x 8’ x 4’
pull-box near the Northeast Corner of the restaurant at E. Main Street
and Houston Street.
All easements will need to be updated and secured prior to ONCOR
releasing this job to construction.
