The surveyor will be out this week to set pins and verify grades.
I am scheduling a walk through with the developer next Tuesday at 10:00am to verify substantial completion of the 9 lots that make up our phase 3 incentive.

Keith,
The lots at Travis and South Coppell are complete and ready for
certification by the developer. These lots will be cordoned off with
orange safety fence to help eliminate anyone from getting in there and
disturbing these grades but they need to be reviewed and accepted by the
developer this week if possible.
Our meter cans and cleanout adjustments will be completed this week by
KCK, franchise utility tie ins will be completed this week by Housley,
and site lighting conduit and bases will be complete this week by Mel's
as well.
