Based upon our perception of the group representing the Lakes of
Coppell Homeowner's Association; i.e. Sunbelt Savings, CMA
Management Company, Axxon, the sprinkler repair people and the
lawn care people that we met with last week, it would be in the
City's best interest to have the City Attorney review the
homeowner's agreement to determine what obligation, if any, the
City has regarding reimbursement for repair or maintenance work.
We would suggest that you copy the agreement and forward same to
Larry Jackson asking his opinion. A brief discussion with him,
providing a little background information would be most helpful.
