Could I get your thoughts on this tomorrow?
1. Oncor says the transformers may be 30-36” high, depending on which
supplier they have in stock when we set them.
2. Note the street lighting locations. We need some direction on laying
out the sidewalk.
3. Since the sidewalk drives the landscape design, this problem is
holding up getting our site plan submission turned in for Darling Homes.

Here is a typical situation where the sight visibility triangle and the
transformers occur. If the transformer height goes to 36 inches, then
would that be okay. If not, you can see how far we would have to move
them.
