RE relocation- Old Town Coppell (2)We think we are fine, just missing Verizon’s box with the drive on
Cottage 12.
I just hung up with Atmos, they are going out there today to layout
their service drops.

No problem. Did you get a closer look at the Verizon boxes? Do they
need to move also?

I've asked Rick Fielding to proceed with the work, and invoice
the city. We will then try to recover the cost from JRJ.

Any response from them?
Our job will probably be at a standstill in about two
weeks since we can’t final grade or pour the drives, landscape, etc.

Subject: FW: relocation- Old Town Coppell
Gentlemen,
I received the below cost from Oncor to relocate the
transformer and pull box that were installed in the wrong location in
the Old Town project. This work needs to be done, and Oncor tells me it
needs to be done by their crews.
We are of the opinion that these two items were not
placed per the approved plans, and that JRJ, or their sub-contractor
should be responsible for correcting this situation.
Let me know your thoughts on this.

The cost to relocate 1 single pad mount transformer, 1
hand-hole, and replace wire in Old Town Coppell development is $9191.22.
Let me know if you wish to proceed so that I can prepare
invoice and Agreement.
Thanks!
