Alpha TestingI’m sorry this turned out like this. I went back and forth with Reed
Engineering whom I usually use but after a month still did not have a
correct contract or boring plan.
I gave up and called Alpha testing, the group Charles usually uses.
Unfortunately, by the time I got these guys on board and the utilities
located, the seeding work was starting.
I looked at the area they couldn’t reach last time and I think we could
skip just one watering cycle and get the boring rig on the site without
an issue.
Please advise.

The joint utility trench is largely empty conduit presently and most is
within ten feet back of curb along the streets, but it is also in the
