I discussed this at length with Rick Fielding. Housley substituted a precast
pad without informing Oncor.
Oncor will allow it to remain because it does meet their standards, but it
is not the poured in place spec Fielding provided Housley in June.
I really have no interest in participating in this since it was handled this
way at Housley's sole discretion.
Just keeping you informed.
