Site Plan - Entry Feature - Shumard Oak TreeMatt:
Peck is trying to more accurately reflect the actual planting and walks on
the entry feature site and possible restaurant location.
Will the City consider a change order to delete the Shumard oak tree in the
adjacent planter?
Perhaps substituting a tree-form Savannah holly we can keep pruned in a
natural pyramidal shape?
The lowest sign panel begins at 10' AFF.
