It appears that these easements both lie well to the South and
East of the site. I should be able to revise the easement notes in my
survey to state that they do not affect the property.

John,
We have a dilemma that I was hoping you could help me with. We
are in the process of selling a piece of city owned land, and through
the title research the buyer has done, we discovered two easements
dedicated to Lone Star Gas. The potential buyer is concerned that these
easements may prevent them from enjoying full use of the property, and
asked us to have the property released form the easements.
This property is located on the east side of South Coppell Road
between Bethel Road and Southwestern Blvd. I’m attaching a copy of a
recent survey, and the two easements in question. Please call me when
you have had a chance to look this over, and let me know what we can do
to work through this issue.
