General Utilty Easement ReservationI spoke with Jeff Fink, attorney for the Main Street developer, who indicated that he thought a reservation of the easement at closing would be acceptable. Attached is a general utility easement reservation that would be included in the deed when the City sold the property. Please review and let me know if you have any questions or changes.
