The City needs a transformer set immediately on Main Street to power
irrigation controllers.
It looks like we did not provide a 5x5 pad location on our recent plat.
Any idea what we/us were thinking??
It looks like we didn’t show one on the east or west side of the lot.
Before we figure out what to do and instruct Oncor, we have another
issue regarding the cottage 7-10 power.
Since I already have multiple buyers for cottages 11 & 13, I am
starting Peck on the design of cottages 9 & 10. It would not make any
sense for Oncor to use the “Temporary” segment of the joint trench since
I will be building cottage 9 & 10 before the end of this year.
Might be easier to do on the phone.
