I'm forwarding a letter and a bill that our tenant, Laura Jennings (w/
Coppell Youth Baseball Association) sent me. She has since received a
letter from a law firm that is pursuing legal action for this unpaid
bill. They have given her ten days to collect this unpaid debt. This
action is based on a "drop line" repair that happened during the heighth
of the construction project in Old Town--May of 2012, and somehow became
incorrectly attached to my tenant. As you may recall, this was around
the time of the "staking" of the Verizon feed near our property by JRJ
as well as the damage/eventual repair to Verizon's severed buried line
(also done by JRJ) that serviced our building and Coppell Baseball/
Coppell Soccer--that went around the side and back of the Annex
building. My tenant will probably be contacting you for your help in
this matter. Could you possibly follow up to find out why JRJ was not
billed for this issue?
I will send you a copy of the legal action the law firm is taking also.
