days or so, I’m sure we could schedule their rig to come back after 24
or 36 hours of letting the ground dry a little. They can drive in
through the openings in the irrigation. Obviously we’ll own any

The joint utility trench is largely empty conduit presently and most is
within ten feet back of curb along the streets, but it is also in the
alleys.
We should be able to stake the work in less than an hour.
