Greg,
We seem to be at a loss as to how this is occurring. I talked to Rick Fielding, and he indicated it could be simple data entry error on the part of their technicians.
Are you still being held up? I can contact our Verizon contacts and see if they can resolve the issue.

John,
I do not have a contact that does the function you are requesting. The MSAG is an aggregate record of the block range supplied. It is independent of specific address, therefore I am
not involved in telling Verizon a specific address exists, only that there is a street somewhere in Coppell with the a particular name and its block range. Even if the block range does
not exist to include a particular address, i.e. if it did not have a high enough upper limit, they would request that I validate this is a correct address and extend the block range
as necessary by submitting a form to them, but the street would already exist in their database. This also does not stop someone from having phone service that I am aware of at this
point. To that end
