I talked to Rick Fielding, and he indicated it could be simple data entry error on the part of their technicians. Are you still being held up? The MSAG is an aggregate record of the block range supplied. It is independent of specific address, therefore I am not involved in telling Verizon a specific address exists, only that there is a street somewhere in Coppell with the a particular name and its block range. Even if the block range does not exist to include a particular address, i.e. if it did not have a high enough upper limit, they would request that I validate this is a correct address and extend the block range as necessary by submitting a form to them, but the street would already exist in their database. This also does not stop someone from having phone service that I am aware of at this point. To that end
