Re Landscape & IrrigationGreg, The 1" irrigation tap in the south alley should be placed on the southwest side of the bend, across from lot PH 1S. There is an existing water meter on the south side of Houston by lot PH 1E that could be used to irrigate the strip on the north side of Houston. We could install a 3" sleeve under Houston if you think that would work. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. They will be doing all of our landscape and irrigation design for the commercial and common area lots. 1. We need one 1” service for the common lot landscape screen behind the south residences. Have you decided where it will be and could you mark the attached or something else I can give the irrigator? We plan to submit next week. 2. Since there is no design for the 5’ of right-of-way along the north side of Houston at S Coppell Road, we can landscape and irrigate it if needed. Would the City want to have a landscape maintenance easement of some sort? 3. Same issue on the east side of Burnet for the parking islands and landscape band. We can do it but need water and to determine how we are allowed to maintain it. My vote would be to have only one electrical panel and one irrigation controller to serve Houston and Burnet since the irrigated area is so small. The irrigation can go in with the pedestrian easement on Cottage 10. Thanks, Gregory K.
