RE Darling Homes - Main Street Coppell (2)The designer will be releasing this project to construction mid-next
week. It is my understanding that the conduit, pads and handholes are
already in place. Is this correct?

Please find attached the load sheet for the 44 Darling Homes.
The contractor is ahead of schedule and we plan to close on the initial
lots in late April.
There is only one common lot, south of the 12-home block. It will only
have the load of an irrigation controller.
