Final Compaction Reports & HUD 79g CircularHi Eric:
JRJ is finished on the ten south lots shown as 28R-32R and 1R-5R on the
attached plat.
We are supposed to have a surveyor on-site today to set pins and
prepare the finished grade topo.
Could you make plans to proceed with issuing a final compaction report
for these 10 lots and a letter verifying that fill placement conforms
with the HUD 79g requirements?
We are targeting a late April closing with Darling Homes and are trying
to round up all of our deliverables soon.
