the conduit we can handle as over/under runs.

Sorry I have been running all day. Here are the change order requests I
have sent that we have not received anything on. The only ones trying to
be billed for now are the franchise conduits and the grouting of the
waterline. All the others have not been completed thru April. Call me in
the morning if we need to talk more.
