Joint Trench Issue - Cottage Lots 11-13Hi Keith:
Thanks for coming out yesterday.
After checking the Oncor plan, the joint trench plan, the architectural
concept plan and final plat, it looks like the plans all match and should
not be the cause of the disparity in the location of the transformer,
handhole and two Verizon pullboxes.
Since the Oncor transformer and handhole are both off by the same 16'
dimension, it looks like the surveyor for JRJ made a mistake when
identifying the turn-up locations for Housley.
Lonnie Binns commented yesterday that the Atmos gas taps are likely in the
same location which would place them under the cottage driveways as well.
Since it could be two years before we build-out the cottage 5-10 lots, I've
asked Mike Glenn to send our surveyor to stake these lots so we can see if
this possibly occurred in that alley.
