The 3rd page is the detour route so I do not know what he means
by there is no detour route. I am working on the the other changes and
will send them to you as soon as they are done.

Marty,
Upon preliminary review I see the following
issues that still need to be addressed:
1. Neither plan signs the detour route
(Freeport to Burns to S. Coppell). This needs to be included in the
plan.
2. We need to have the additional business
names listed along the detour route. Names are as provided in the
contract.
3. We need to maintain the message board on S.
Coppell Road.
4. Access across the work zone needs to be
provided at Burnet Street to access the parking lot on the north side of
Bethel.
5. One way and no right turn signs should be
provided at both Main Street and Burnet.
6. Rather than using "W. Bethel Road" on the
detour route it would be less confusing to use "Eastbound Bethel", or
Westbound Bethel" where appropriate.
We'll continue looking over these, but these
were the major items we noticed.
