Old Town Coppell - Alley ConveyanceKeith, Attached is the alley capacity calculation sheet from the Drainage Manual. In red is the capacity calculation for a 0.50% slope on a 10’ wide alley and a 0.50% slope on a 15’ easement/alley conveyance. If we went with a 10’ alley, we’d need to allow for at least a 15’ easement conveyance. Also, the capacity of a 15’ alley at a 0.50% slope is 2.81cfs. I think this would be sufficient for both alleys without the need to convey in an easement. I’ll call you in a minute to discuss Thanks, Dan Dan Prendergast, E.I.T., LEED Green Associate URBAN PLANNING + DESIGN GROUP Freese and Nichols, Inc. 1701 N.
