We have purchased a property from the City and are refurbishing it for
our new offices. The address(s) in Oncor’s system probably show this as
616 & 168 S. Coppell Rd.
We intend to move Oncor facilities from aerial to underground during
this process.
Current supply point is from Bethel Rd. in Old Coppell via 2-3 poles.
We would like to bury via the city water easement to the corner of our
property and our contractor will continue the trench to the corner of
our building. We will remove the remaining poles.
As soon as you are available I would like to meet with you, our GC
(copied on this note) and our Electrical Sub-Contractor on site to
determine steps and procedures required to complete this effort.
