Rick,
Attached is the plat that reflects the proposed revised easements for
the 3-phase transformers. We are working on finalizing and getting this
filed. I have contacted Lonnie Binns with Housley to provide a cost
proposal to complete the civil work referenced in your email. He may
contact you for clarification of the scope of work.
Is this far enough along for you to complete your design and prepare a
DSA? In the event we need to go to City Council for approval of the
funding, I’ll need this document by the first part of next week.

The cost to provide service to all 3 locations will be approximately
$60,000.
Customer will be responsible for providing and Installing all civil
work which will include 3 Transformer pads and 1 Additional 4’ x 8’ x 4’
pull-box near the Northeast Corner of the restaurant at E. Main Street
and Houston Street.
All easements will need to be updated and secured prior to ONCOR
releasing this job to construction.
