Gentlemen:
The contractor for the above referenced project has indicated
that all items on the punch list of August 30, 1989, have been
addressed, completed or corrected (see attached letter). They
are requesting a final walk-through.
Please review any items you deem necessary to determine if they
have been completed or corrected and in accordance with your
punch list. This needs to be completed prior to September 22,
1989. Please notify us if you have any questions or additional
comments. If, by September 22, 1989, we do not receive anything
written to the contrary, we will assume the deficiencies you
noted have been corrected and will advise the contractor to
submit final closeout documents.
