The city does not generally dedicate easements within our street right of way. We discussed handling this through an amendment to our agreement. If that doesn't work, we would prefer a license agreement to an easement. I also don't understand why we would not show the easement on the plat that is currently in the process. This would be a simpler approach. If I'm missing part of the picture, please let me know.
