RE punchlist 7-8-12 doc (3)Rick told me today to cut the irrigation off in the front lots and
remove the conduit so that this work can be done as well as the borings
that need to be done. We will cut the water off on Saturday and pull the
pipe on Monday with the understanding that the grass that is there is
established and will go dormant when the water is cut off. We will not
be going back and reseeding or re-establishing the temp irrigation after
this work is completed.

Marty,
All the conduits have not been turned up at the transformer location on
Main street. It doesn’t appear that the conduit has been run from the
transformer location to the service yet either. These need to be
completed before Oncor will pull their wire.

We have gotten the two services inspected to day and received green
tags. The inspector will released them to Oncor today or tomorrow.
whoever is paying for the electric bill will need to turn in for a
service application within 21 days
