RE Can you confirm this address in 9-1-1 (3)It’s the call center people.
I asked Rick Fielding at Oncor for help getting my underground for 705
and 713 Main.
He said the notes showed the construction group could not find it,
their work order said East Main. Rick changed it for me.
Verizon call center tells me yesterday they show East Main as well and
said that they get their addresses from the 911 system. He told me he
couldn’t change it.
Since I ordered the electric and phone service, I’m certain I gave them
correct addresses.

Can you verify if Verizon thinks 711 Main St. is on East Main?
I think that is the issue. Greg Yancy did not specify the franchise

Hi John,
I'm not aware of anything on my end that will affect this. My
data sent to Verizon is the limited to basically telling them a street
exists and the block range, this is all without a location, so my street
information could actually be anywhere, Verizon gets that another way.
They only need me to verify the existence somewhere. This is also
independent of specific parcels, it's a generalized record. This may be
a building inspection issue. Let me know if there still seems to be
something I need to do. Also, the "franchise" is this cable, telephone,
electric? Just curious. Any how, I'm glad to help however I can. I'm
teaching a class at the library this week, so I'll check my email off
and on.

I had something happen that is a new issue for me, I’m not sure
who owns this.
The franchise utilities are getting delayed because they show
Main Street as East Main Street.
It is affecting the Entry Feature, Cottage 11-13, but I don’t
know of anything else.
Could you please send this to the proper party at the City?
