I wanted you to know that I just got asked to attend a meeting from 3
to 5pm today for my work at DFW Airport so i won't be quite as available
as i had planned today.
I was thinking about our conversation yesterday and it would really be
helpful if Greg and his engineer would propose whatever changes they
want for us to consider. I don't want to appear uncooperative and i
want to support you on this project but i'm afraid that this meeting
will be a waste of our time - time that we don't have budget for. it
would be much more efficient for them to propose a change and let us
review it. same procedure if the contractor wanted to change something.
i know your hands are somewhat tied, but maybe you can point them in
this direction?
