I need to coordinate with the surveyor to locate these per the new
plat.
What do you suggest for pad elevations?
On mine, I am thinking at least 8” above the spot shot of the city
sidewalk due east or west of the locations. It’s about 50’ from the
sidewalks to the pads, I get 8 to 10” is enough.
Your thoughts?
The park contractor is graded and we are ready for Rodney. Glad to meet
his guys out there if necessary.
