Dear Mike:
We request a waiver to the City's requirement of lime stabilized subgrade for the west
parking area of the referenced project. In lie of the lime stabilization, we will increase
the concrete thickness to six inches (an iucreasc of one inch) with a concrete strength of
4000 psi.
