Here is the REVISED Traffic Control Plans for Bethel Road. The
Phase 2 Detour Route is also attached. There are three pages
in all. I do not know what other business names that are on the
sheets or where they are located.

Marty,
Upon preliminary review I see the following issues that
still need to be addressed:
1. Neither plan signs the detour route (Freeport to
Burns to S. Coppell). This needs to be included in the plan.
2. We need to have the additional business names listed
along the detour route. Names are as provided in the contract.
3. We need to maintain the message board on S. Coppell
Road.
4. Access across the work zone needs to be provided at
Burnet Street to access the parking lot on the north side of Bethel.
5. One way and no right turn signs should be provided at
both Main Street and Burnet.
6. Rather than using "W. Bethel Road" on the detour
route it would be less confusing to use "Eastbound Bethel", or Westbound
Bethel" where appropriate.
We'll continue looking over these, but these were the
major items we noticed.
