RE: Denton Tap Development (North Texas Court)
Dear Ms. Boorham-
In response to your phone call of April 20, 2001, I have researched the answers to your
questions and offer the following:
1. All construction in regards to paving, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and fire line work
should be completed as per City of Coppell Construction Standards and the approved civil
engineering plans from William A. Anderson of Dowdey, Anderson & Associates.
2. When all items are completed, a final walk through for the project needs to be scheduled
through the City of Coppell Engineering Department.
The construction performed by Site Concrete last year has not been accepted by the City of
Coppell since all the work as shown on the approved Civil Plans has not been completed. The
approved Civil Plans consisted of engineering drawings for the construction of the utilities and
roadway associated with North Texas Drive. Also included were utilities, paving and other
site work associated with the development referred to as Everybody Fits (formerly known as
Denton Tap Development). As you know, there have been delays in the construction of the
building and at this point another company is working on the finish-out of the building.
I encourage you to contact the original engineering firm to meet with the new engineering firm
so that there can be a timeh' and satisfactory..' conclusion to this project.
