Gentlemen,
I will be the new utility coordinator for Denton county and I had a few
questions and request, At this time I am just trying to get up to speed
on where each utility company stands. I will be reviewing the utility
design plans for the above mentioned project and to allocate where each
utility will be placed in the utility corridor. This information will
be very helpful in placing the utilities in the utility corridor. If
possible please send me existing plans and where you would anticipate
your facilities be placed at, or a general area by an offset dimension
from the proposed Right of Way line. Please keep in mind the sooner I
get this information we can start placing assignments within the utility
corridor. All updated information for construction and S.U.E. plans as
well as the R.O.W. map will be located on TxDOT FTP site, attached are
instruction on how to access the FTP site.

Questions/Request
1. Have existing plans been submitted to Gary Gilmore if Yes let me
know so I may retrieve plans from Gary.
2. Please provide a clearance letter indicating a starting date,
construction duration and completion date no later than June 7, 2013.
3. Plans showing existing and anticipated location. (please send
PDF’s to my email)
4. Provide existing horizontal location on plans based off the
existing R.O.W. line and show vertical depth.
