Provide painted "Right Onl.v" arrows for the east side of the proposed driveway. Also. a "One Way" sign and two "Do Not Enter" signs need to be provided (see Plate =3). 2. Provide a detail for the median channeling device for the proposed drive,.vav. 3. Make changes to typical detail as shown on Plate 4'4. 4. Show the propesed and existing storm drainage system on the Paving & Grading Plan. 5. Show the intensity ('I) and coefficient (C) value used for the drainage calculation. 6. Show the amount of drainage flow {Q) that will be exiting the proposed drivev,'av. 7. Handicap ramps must be provided at the proposed driveway and must meet the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). 8. Provide profile view of the proposed Storm Sewer system. 9. Provide offsite drainage area showing where the property' to the east ,,','ill drain. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans.
