HWY 121 Alignment QuestionKeith
As we come to certain locations along the waterline, there are
deflections that fall between the tolerances of adding a fitting and
torqueing the pipe. The contractor will like drop a radius in there to
make it work.
Are you OK showing the alignment as above for simplicity, or would you
like these larger deflection areas to have a radius added? The reason I
ask is we are about to start profiling, and although small, these
changes would cause stationing discrepancies that would add up over the
length of the project should we profile everything one way, then change
and have to revise. I’m trying to avoid that possible headache.
