I just noticed that you were not copied on these emails from TxDOT,
Atmos & TriTech.
We may need to call Tritech and let them know that we would like for
them to shift the location of the STOPPLE further east in order for us
to lower the gas as part of Freeport Project.

I contacted TNP who is doing the design on Freeport,
and asked twice to get a cross section and the depth on the proposed
water.
They never responded back! So I assumed for them the water will be 4'
and we are at
about 7' top of gas allowing 2' below their proposed 12" water line!
