We (TxDOT) have no access to AutoCAD software and we will not be able
to open the files are you still having problems creating a PDF?

Gentlemen, please disregard the file I sent on Friday. We have a
couple of minor changes to make with regards to fire hydrant locations,
and I would like to avoid confusion if possible.
I’ll send an updated base file as soon as those changes have been

make available to everyone. I’m having trouble generating a PDF large
